Steps
The street to the entrance lobby of the venue is step-free. There are 5 steps down to the Main Bar space. We have an incline stair lift with a capacity of 300kg to the right of these steps, making the entrance to the Main Bar space step free.

After this, the Live Room and Accessible Toilets are step-free.

There is also an alternative entrance through The Green Room which has a set of 2 steps, and a set of 3 steps to get down to the main space.

Viewing Platforms
The Live Room is a fully standing space with no fixed seating. There are no viewing platforms, but we can arrange for early access to the room to ensure the best view for seated customers. If you require early access or seating arrangements please contact us.

Ticketing
We can provide 1 free-access guestlist spot for a Support Worker or Carer, with a General Admission ticket purchase. Please purchase your ticket in advance and contact the venue to arrange guestlist access for a Support Worker or Carer.
